--Jim Taylor, editor of The Best of Jim Coleman: Fifty Years of Canadian Sport from The Man Who Saw It All, launches the book at The BC Sports Hall of Fame and Museum (Gate "A" at BC Place Stadium, 777 Pacific Boulevard South) in Vancouver, BC at 11 am. Free admission.

--Amanda Lamarche launches her debut book of poetry, The Clichest, at Crush Champagne Lounge (1180 Granville Street) in Vancouver, BC. Amanda will be reading with Elizabeth Bachinsky and the event is hosted by Billeh Nickerson. Doors open at 7:30 pm and the reading starts at 8 pm. Admission is free.
