Harbour Launches Two New Fall Titles

Join us for the book launch of The Best of Jim Coleman: Fifty Years of Canadian Sport From the Man Who Saw It All, edited by Jim Taylor. This exciting collection of columns from Canada’s most beloved and first nationally syndicated sports columnist will be launched at the BC Sports Hall of Fame and Museum on September 29 at 11 am. You can catch Jim Taylor talking about The Best of Jim Coleman on Global TV, Shaw TV’s Urban Rush, CKNW, AM600 and Sportsnet.

 

Jean Barman also celebrates the publication of her new book, Stanley Park’s Secret: The Forgotten Families of Whoi Whoi, Kanaka Ranch and Brockton Point. You’re invited to the Vancouver Museum on Thursday, October 6 to hear Jean read from the book and view a display of artifacts from Stanley Park’s forgotten families (courtesy of the Vancouver Museum) at 7 pm.
